Built 1990. Originally detached, but now semi-detached - the adjoining house is where Anne stays in the main season. Totally private enclosed mature garden to both front and rear of the property. Accommodation: L shaped lounge/dining room with CD/cassette/radio and two sets of French windows leading onto the terrasse at the rear. Kitchen with 4 ring electric cooker, larder size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher. Bathroom with, bidet, bath with shower over, washbasin and automatic washing machine. Separate WC. Two bedrooms with double orthopaedic beds. One bedroom with two single beds.
