Built in 1995 and surrounded by a totally private enclosed garden. Private car parking space. Terrasse with roll-out sun blind. Situated only 900 metres from the lake. There is a small supermarket, restaurants, sailing, windsurfing, and bike hire facilities - all within easy walking distance.

Ground floor: Lounge with corner kitchen and double glazed sliding patio doors to two sides, with roll-down shutters. Fridge. 2 ring electric hob. Small compact table top oven/grill. TV/video (French programmes only) with cassette radio. Top loading washing machine in a cupboard. Bathroom with bath & shower over, washbasin and WC.

First floor: Open tread stairs with child safety gate at top, leading to 2 bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and one with three single beds.

Outside: Garden furniture and brick-built barbecue.
