I will always accept an alternative method so long as the purchaser fully covers the necessary costs (and it is relatively convenient for me) but I strongly advise Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery to have the item insured so that in the case of loss in the post or damage, the money can be returned to you by Royal Mail. Both of these methods require a signature on arrival, and 1st class recorded comes with normal post, whereas Special Delivery comes in a courier the next day before 1pm. | | Refunds/Returns: If you are unhappy with your product, please return it to me within 7 days of receipt of delivery to you, and inform me as soon as possible. I will provide a full refund apart from your postage costs for sending the product back to me. Unless I receive the item, I cannot provide a refund. Therefore, please make sure you send back to me using a recorded, signed for, trackable postal service.
