Fully restored in 1999, this centrally heated former fisherman’s cottage is detached and set in a beautiful, well-maintained mature garden. It is situated in a quiet residential area close to all amenities and less than a kilometre from the beach. The Maison des Pêcheurs is a much loved family home and the owners, Jean-Pierre and Francoise Defouloy stay in a small building in the grounds, set apart from the main house. They will be on hand to help should any problem arise. Parking space.
Accommodation: Split level lounge/dining room with French windows leading to the garden. Convertible bed settee for two people. There is a log burning stove in the lounge area. Two steps lead down to the kitchen, equipped with fridge, electric oven, a combined gas/electric hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and cafetière. One bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both bedrooms have ample hanging and storage space. Shower room with washbasin and top loading washing machine. Separate WC.
Outside: Garden furniture and barbecue.

La Perrière is a modern, recently re-furbished luxury villa situated on the edge of the quiet village of Commequiers, which is approximately 15 minutes drive from the beaches at St Hilaire de Riez/Sion sur l’Océan. La Perrière has open countryside to the front, rear and one side and is built on 4500 square metres of land. The large garden has a 12m x 6m swimming pool situated to the rear of the property and overlooks open fields.
Accommodation: The hall opens onto the lounge/dining area which has two sets of double French doors leading to the rear terrasse. There is a beautiful brick fireplace with an ‘insert’ type fire, satellite TV (BBC World, CNN, CNBC Europe) and a radio/cassette player. In addition there is a convertible bed-settee of the ‘clic-clac’variety, which opens out into a full size double bed. There is storage space underneath for the bedding. The fitted kitchen has single French doors at both ends and is equipped with an electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, a cafetière and a toaster. Shower room with a vanity unit and a shower. Separate WC. Washing machine. One bedroom with a double bed.
This property has a mezzanine floor which is not open due to security reasons.
Outside: There is a large covered terrasse to the front of La Perrière, which could be used for dining in the shade, and there is a further sunny terrasse to the rear, overlooking the swimming pool. A barbecue and garden furniture are provided.

Les 4 Saisons is a single-storey semi-detached villa, approximately 400 metres from safe, sandy beaches. Situated in a quiet residential area, it is close to all amenities. It is used regularly by its French owners, and has a private enclosed garden of 400 square metres. Ample parking space
Accommodation: The lounge/dining area has double French windows leading to the rear garden. The dining kitchen is fully equipped with a four ring gas cooker, a dishwasher, microwave, cafetière and a larder size fridge/freezer. In this room there is also a convertible bed settee for 2 people. Called a ‘clic-clac’ it opens into a bed in one easy operation, with space in the base to store the bedding during the daytime.The double French doors in this room open out onto the front of the property.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet and just outside this area is a large cupboard with a top-loading washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, plus a fold-out single bed, should it be required. hanging and storage space, square pillows, blankets and duvets.

Villa des Lys is a modern single-storey villa with central heating and double glazing. Built on 550 square metres of land, it is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the quiet village of Commequiers, which is approximately 15 minutes drive from the beaches at St Hilaire de Riez/Sion sur l’Océan. The village centre is a short walk away. There is gas central heating and double glazing. The villa has a private enclosed rear garden which overlooks a field, and parking space.
Accommodation: The lounge/dining area has double French windows leading to the rear garden and triple French windows leading onto the front garden. There is a satellite TV. (Canal satellite plus BBC World, CNN,CNBC Europe). The separate dining kitchen is fully equipped with a four ring electric hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave, cafetière, kettle, toaster and a larder size fridge/freezer. Hall with large cupboard for coats etc.
Shower room has a shower and a washbasin. Cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, duvets, blankets and both square and rectangular pillows. The rear bedroom has wooden parquet flooring and the front bedroom has double French windows opening onto the front of the Villa.
